What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When your using our site, as appropriate, you may be asked at some point to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.

In our Contact Us form we will collect your Name, Email address and Message once you submit a contact form. We will keep contact form submissions for a period of 12 months for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Like many other Web sites, HeatingTrends.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted a message through our contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
